Start-up Phase START UP PHASE

In 2005, the predecessor of Silian Heavy Industry, Taiyuan Silian Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., was established. At the beginning, it could only engage in machining, non-standard welding, and primary equipment manufacturing, with an annual output value of about 10 million yuan. During this period, the company's organizational structure was established, and departments such as the product technology department, production manufacturing department, marketing department, and comprehensive department were established. It laid a solid foundation, explored experience, and established the development direction of focusing on coking equipment manufacturing.

At the end of 2007, a cooperation agreement was reached with German Wecon Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., helping Silian Heavy Industry find a partner and outlining its future development blueprint.

In the initial stage, it was difficult to start. Silian Heavy Industry increased the accumulation and improvement of talents and technology. It made new progress in international integration.
At the same time, aiming at market demand, it expanded its service field from simple to complex, from small to large, from producing spare parts to producing complete sets of coking equipment.

Growth Stage GROWTH STAGE

From 2008 to 2011, Silian Heavy Industry transitioned from a scattered state to a modular and integrated system, gaining industry recognition and marking a milestone. In particular, through cooperation with German Wecon Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., the company benefited from and deeply integrated the design thinking, process improvement, and development direction of the German company, gradually acquiring some independent intellectual property rights. During this period, it overcame technical difficulties such as the diversity of production and design equipment, high manufacturing precision requirements, and long installation and debugging times, forming an organic combination of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and lubrication systems. With the increase in the company's reputation and popularity, the company's confidence increased, and it successfully signed projects at the first Shanxi Merchants Conference, and customers from inside and outside the province continued to increase.

Development Stage DEVELOPMENT STAGE

From 2012 to 2014, Silian Heavy Industry experienced a period of expansion, with increased market orders and relocation of the company's factory. The new factory, located in the Yangqu Industrial Park of the Provincial Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, was laid in August 2013 and put into use in May 2014. The spacious and bright office area, scientifically arranged workshop assembly lines, and advanced machine tool facilities provided a good environment for the company's design and production, laying a solid foundation.

Upgrade Phase UPGRADE PHASE

From 2015 to 2018, while expanding production scale and marketing channels, Silian Heavy Industry focused on internal cultivation and development. During this period, it recruited talents regardless of background, strengthened the management and R&D teams, established and improved regulations and systems to enhance leadership decision-making and employee execution, and improve the level of scientific research and development. A continuous stream of coking products were not only launched in the domestic market but also exported to India. Transcending Stage TRANSCENDING STAGE

Since 2019, Silian Heavy Industry has established an industry-university-research base with Taiyuan University of Technology, established an intelligent coking equipment research institute, and collaborated with the German Siemens subsidiary to build a laboratory and R&D team. It has also improved the functions of the product R&D department, process technology department, and innovation studio, and registered and established Taiyuan Silian Intelligent Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It focuses on tackling key problems in high-quality output, clean production, intelligent operation of large-scale coking equipment, and the utilization of cloud big data, effectively promoting product upgrades and sales growth.
